Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the tournament organizer and are based on the terms outlined for each specific tournament. Players are advised to carefully review the refund terms provided for the tournament they sign up for.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If you have a last-minute issue and are unable to attend the tournament due to reasons such as flight delays or bad weather, the tournament director may allow your spot to be resold to someone on the waiting list. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of the tournament director. If a buyer is found from the waiting list, a refund may still be issued even if it's not within the advertised period of eligibility. The request must still be initiated by the cancelling player by calling the tournament hotline directly.
Even in last-minute situations, the player cancelling must initiate the request for cancellation. If no request is made and the player simply does not show up, the tournament organizer reserves the right to keep the entry fee, even if there is a waiting list. The tournament director has full discretion over the handling of such situations and the decision on whether a refund is possible.
To request a refund within the tournament's refund eligibility period, players may contact info@racknplay.com, but they should call the tournament hotline if they have any questions. The tournament organizer will review the request and determine whether a refund will be granted based on the terms specific to that tournament. Additional authentication may be requested before approval. If the request comes outside the tournament's refund eligibility period, you will need to call the tournament hotline and speak with the tournament organizer directly.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the player (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the player’s account. Please note that the refund will not include any processing fees from the original sale or fees incurred for issuing the refund.
The refund policy may vary from tournament to tournament. Players are advised to review the tournament flyer or details provided for each event to understand the specific refund terms.
The tournament organizer reserves the right to issue or deny refunds at their sole discretion, regardless of the circumstances, based on the terms put forth for the tournament.
In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer's control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics), refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizer, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
